Manulife Place is transforming. We’re excited to share details about our upcoming renovations that will enhance our space and create an even better experience for tenants and patrons.
What will be changing?
The renovation will include new aluminum and glass railings installed around the escalators on the 2nd and 3rd floors, as well as a new Information and Concierge Desk on the 2nd floor.
When will construction take place?
To minimize disruption to our tenants and patrons, all work will take place during evening hours on weekdays, and on weekends.
What renovations are currently ongoing?
The following work is now in progress:
- Removal of the tubular metal railings by the security desk, around the 2nd floor escalator and 3rd floor area overlooking the retail space
- Installation of new Information and Concierge Desk on the 2nd floor
All renovations are scheduled to be completed by the end of October. We will make it a priority to keep you informed – and we look forward to unveiling an even better Manulife Place.
